Termination by the User: You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your last-used withdrawal method following standard processing and KYC compliance checks. Bonus funds are not returned upon voluntary closure.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue in full force.
